Transvaal Diamond Syndicate: The River OFFICIAL [HD] M15+

Official music video for Transvaal Diamond Syndicate's track 'The River'. Based on a true story, ‘The River’ depicts a woman kidnapped by the local sheriff and sold down the river as a slave from one man to another. Unlike the two women killed by domestic violence in Australia every week, the woman in this story escapes and the sheriff gets his coup de grâce. "I'm gonna sell you down the river tonight, I'm gonna sell you my love." 50% of single proceeds will be donated to a Brisbane Womens shelter. The track is the 1st single release of 'The Shadow' EP, the first EP in a double EP set due for release late 2015. TDS will tour the release with a 12 week national tour including first time trips over to Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Shot and directed by Kim Ferguson at BeatsTV.
